EverWaders provides predicted probability of presence of nine wading bird species in response to annual hydrologic conditions and landscape characteristics within the Everglades. The nine species are great blue heron (Ardea herodias), glossy ibis (Plegadis falcinellus), great egret (Ardea alba), little blue heron (Egretta caerulea), roseate spoonbill (Ajaja ajaja), small dark herons (e.g., tricolored herons; Egretta tricolor), small white herons (e.g., snowy egrets; Egretta thula), white ibis (Eudocimus albus), and wood stork (Mycteria americana).
