The CSSS Viewer uses the USGS Everglades Depth Estimation Network (EDEN) daily water depth surfaces to estimate real-time water depths in sparrow habitat and summary statistics for each subpopulation. Water depths, dry days, and hydroperiod are critical metrics for this ground-nesting bird. The CSSS Viewer was developed by the USGS EDEN team.
